About Luna
Luna or "Muffin" is an import from Breeder "Wesa Borgs" in Southern Sweden and is model "XL Cardigan corgi" which we love. She was also a very special import to us as she comes from the same breeder as our old boy Leo's mum, making them distantly related. And you can tell! When it comes to temperament and personality - Luna is something else! She is by far the most chilled out puppy either of us have every had the privilege to know. She handled the very long car journey from Sweden to the UK like a champion and we could not be prouder. Nowadays she spends her days cuddling with her big sister Ella, playing tug of war with us and the kids and persistently trying to make the cats play with her.
Ever since we collected Luna back in October she has been her own little personality - incredibly fun loving, clumsy, yet attentive to her surroundings. She ALWAYS has her nose on the ground smelling something. We are still learning about Luna and her personality - but she makes us laugh every single day. Our hope is to breed Luna in 2025 to another male corgi (hopefully from abroad).

About Ella
Ella grew up on the Welsh countryside with her 9 siblings before we made the long trip to collect her just before Christmas of 2018. Her mother and auntie were both herding dogs working on the family's sheep farm in Wales.
Since day one, Ella has been one of the most attentive, affectionate dogs we have personally ever had the privilege to have as part of our family. She always want to be where us humans are, taking part in what we are doing. She loves her forest walks but equaly loves snuggling up on the sofa with us or the kids. She frequently goes with Ida to London for work too and seems to handle any and all environments exceptionally well. Her beautiful balanced temperament is one of the reasons we want to have our first litter on her. We hope to have many more puppies with her temperament creating joy for their new families.

About Leo
Leo is the reason CorgCottage's exists today, he is the reason we fell in love with the breed and the reason we still love it this many years on.
I always tell the story of Leo as the "sales puppy" who won my heart and got it all started. Once I had decided to get my first Cardigan I was looking around for quite some time before I happened to find Leo. He was meant to go to a different family but the mother got pregnant and they decided that they couldn't have both a new baby and a puppy at the same time. Lucky for me, Leo came to live with me when I was still in Sweden, studying Animal Health Care. He was the most gentle natured dog, who loved everything and everyone. We often joked about how he didn't understand the difference between a mouse and a horse, he just wanted to befriend everyone. When he was a puppy he used to "collect" chestnuts in our garden into tiny little piles. He lived with me in Sweden, then London and then finally Southsea, where he got to live out his last years on the seaside along with Ella. Everyone who met Leo fell in love with him. It was one of those where people said hi to him before the rest of us. CorgCottage's very much exists in his honour today.
